The new automatic discounting feature makes it easy to earmark which pet owners should receive a discount. Ditto for products! Plus, we've added the ability to make bulk updates to enable product discounts and change tax rates as well.

How awesome would it be if Neo automatically gave a discount to specific clients on certain products or services of your choosing? Now it can!

The new automatic discounting feature makes it easy to earmark which pet owners should receive a discount. Ditto for products! Plus, we've added the ability to make bulk updates to enable product discounts and change tax rates as well.

Note: The automatic discounting feature requires setup before it can be used:

• Discount types: Create at least one discount type set up in Administration > Financial Settings > Products: Select the Enable auto discounts checkbox on the product details page or use the Product Bulk Changes tool to set multiple products (for example, by product class) to be automatically discounted.
• Clients: On the client Overview tab, select a discount from the Client Discount drop-down in the Billing Details section.

Only products with Enable auto discounts selected will be discounted automatically on consultations by the discount percent set in the client's Billing Details.

For multi-branch practices. Automatic discounts will only be applied to consultations created in the client's associate branch (associate ID on the client Overview tab).
