Pet owners are making difficult choices in today’s tight economy, and some choices have serious repercussions for both pets and veterinary practices. How can veterinarians deal with the changes in pet-owner behavior to best serve their patients, their clients and their practices? To discuss this and sort out which changes are short-term and which are permanent, DX Consult convened a roundtable of four veterinarians and asked, "Is there a new normal?"
